Our client, a city based Investment Manager, are looking for a Junior Network Engineer to join them on an initial 12 month contract.
This role will join their Network & Security services team and work across delivering business solutions and supporting their in-house systems. The ideal candidate will have exposure to security infrastructure and possess excellent stakeholder communication skills.
Key requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a network engineering role or similar
- Expert routing and switching experience (including BGP, EGP, EIGRP, OSPF, RIP, IGRP protocols)
- Exposure to security infrastructure (Cisco firewalls)
- Ability to demonstrate strong communications skills
