A global London-based Lloyd’s Market Insurer is currently looking for a Product Owner to join their Agile Digital Transformation team to assist on a large backlog of Digital Transformation opportunities within the business.
You will be sitting within a new Greenfield team consisting of four people to assist on a multitude of projects across the business in a cross-functional capacity. Specifically, within this role you will be tasked to actively engage with Brokers across the East and West of Europe.
As this is an externally facing role, you must possess the correct business knowledge and have the will and desire to work with the product users and represent the business at a high level. Furthermore, you must be able to make difficult decisions around revenue generation and cost efficiency alongside creating the most effective solution for the customer journey.
To successful in this role, you will need:
- Knowledge of the Insurance Industry and an understanding of Syndicates and Brokers is a must.
- You must possess and extremely commercially focused mindset as you create the solution across for the customer journey.
- Prior experience of taking a business from no capability to a full Digital journey would be highly beneficial.
- Prior experience of Agile would be highly beneficial as the business moves towards their Agile maturity.
