A Real Estate firm are looking for a Project Manager to join their team to help build out the foundations for their IT team.
Currently the company are using a consultancy firm for their IT functions, however they would like to build out their own in-house teams to have control of all the technologies use by the company.
The successful candidate will be aiding with technical advice, helping identify the best vendors to go with. They will also be helping with the business mapping and project planning, involved heavily with building out the IT team and helping the company with their business readiness.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in the Real Estate market and have a knowledge of the commonly used systems and tools such as MRI and Yardi to ensure Customer experience is maximised. Start up experience is also beneficial as they will be able to help guide the company in the direction they need to be in.
