A leading Insurance Syndicate in the Lloyd’s Market are looking for a Senior .NET Developer to join them on a Permanent basis in their London office.
 
Within this role, you will become a key technology member within the business and be responsible for application development across various departments for internal and external users. They are looking for a candidate who is comfortable with various front-end, middleware, back-end and large-scale distributed systems and operates similar to a hands-on technologist. If you were to have an understanding of complex specialty insurance or reinsurance systems then that would be a huge bonus, but not in any way necessary.

To be successful in this role you must have:
 
  • Extensive software development experience, including building systems in the Cloud (Azure).
  • Exposure to modern CI/CD practises within an Agile methodology framework.
  • High proficiency in ASP.NET Core for Web Application or Mobile Application Development.
  • Experience building applications using microservices is highly beneficial.
  • Use of Azure DevOps, including pipelines, code management, ticket management, documentation.
  • Any exposure to Front end technologies such as React (preferred), Angular or Vue would be a bonus.
