A London based technology advisory client of ours is looking for a Technology Consultant to join their growing team on a permanent basis. You will be contributing to the delivery of CRM software consultancy projects for their diverse private capital market client base whilst successfully managing multiple tasks and providing technical solutions to client’s requests and issues.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a client facing capacity and a desire to learn new technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Developing a clear understanding of a client’s processes, needs and requirements, assessing the ability of software to meet these needs, then working with the client, software vendor and colleagues to design and deliver a solution
- Delivery of third-party CRM software to their global client base
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and mapping these to the underlying system.
- Producing high quality presentations and reports that can be tailored to the technical understanding of the audience.
Requirements:
- An excellent educational background, with a minimum 2:1 degree in a business or technical subject
- Knowledge of the Private Capital Markets (including Private Equity, Real Estate, Infrastructure investment)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to understand business problems and design an appropriate technical solution.
- Practical experience of configuring SaaS based platforms in a business environment and ability to quickly grasp new concepts and technologies.
