Last week saw Cornwallis host the first of our virtual forums in 2021, this time with Heads of Operations/COOs within the Asset Management industry facilitated by our own Henry Hickley.
The theme was similar to some of the CTO forums that we held last year, focusing on responses to the ongoing Covid-19 crisis and challenges of working from home. Discussions ranged from observed changes in the numbers of errors being made in-house (and by downstream suppliers), to “burnout” of middle managers and other staff. Thanks to Chris Jones at Aviva Investors for leading the session (and coming up with the idea).
We have a second parallel forum at the end of this week, as well as others in the pipeline for senior managers at our clients in the coming weeks.
