As Managing Director of Cornwallis Elt, Andy is responsible for driving and supporting all functions within the business, as well as working with the teams on searches and campaigns. As a recruiter he specialised in business facing technologists and change professionals within financial markets and in particular the Fund Management sector. With over 20 years' experience, his in-depth knowledge of the Investment Management space across Europe has helped position Cornwallis Elt as one of the outstanding recruitment companies in its field. Andy believes in long term relationships built on consistently high standards of delivery and is proud that many of Cornwallis Elt’s clients originated from his early days in the industry. Prior to recruitment, Andy spent 8 years in the Royal Navy and 3 fun filled years studying Chemistry at Swansea University.
A keen yacht racer and skier, Andy has enjoyed introducing his passion for outdoor adventure to his colleagues!
