Sophie

​Sophie joined Cornwallis Elt with a years’ recruitment experience. Before this, she was a professional dancer and used her networking skills to help her transition into the corporate world. Since joining Cornwallis Elt, Sophie has worked her way up from Consultant to Associate Director and is also a key part of the Leadership Team helping to build out the Insurance desk.

Although a fully self-fledged workaholic, Sophie is a regular at the local gym; loves a Sunday morning run and on the weekend you’ll either find her shopping or in a sushi bar – or most likely both!

Sophie’s favourite part of working at Cornwallis Elt is the autonomy and ability to rapidly progress, not to mention the opportunity to dictate the amount you earn based on how hard you work.
