Change Manager – Product Success / Best Practice / North Star Metric – ContractInitial 3 Month Contract Up to £600 p.d Inside IR35 A leading global events organisation is currently seeking a Change Manager to join their team in London on a contract until the end of the year. In this role, you will be joining their product success team working with various business units to ensure they get the best value for their customers from their centrally developed digital products. The team are currently changing priorities having recently deployed these digital products regionally and now they are ensuring the North Star Metrics for these products are as high as possible. In short, you will be responsible for driving the necessary changes in the team to get them focused on their new priority for the back end of this year going into 2024. To be successful in this role you will need to have experience as change management leader in a complex organisation working with product teams in digital products. The ideal candidate will have solid understanding of data analysis and NSM for products and be able to bring together multiple data points to create a cohesive story. You will also be creating a framework to identify best practice and create a testing framework to test and learn for best practice.
