My client, a leading Financial Services organisation have multiple key permanent requirements for strong Agile Business Analysts to join them a critical Cloud AWS project - more specifically ‘AWS Connect’. These roles are currently remote but would have a requirement to be in once a week in the future with the rest working from home.
You will need plan and perform analysis tasks providing strong Agile Business Analysis skills to help define analysis approach in line with the firms strategic vision. Strong stakeholder management skills and facing off to many business areas is extremely important for this role. As well as strong experience of working independently to write requirements in either BRD’s or functional specifications depending on the SDLC in use by the development teams.
Previous AWS Cloud experience as a Business Analyst is critical for this role, and any exposure to AWS Connect would be a bonus.
The ideal candidate would have:
- Strong experience as an Agile Business Analyst, preferably within a large scale Financial Services organisation (however this is flexible dependent on experience)
- Proven experience of AWS Cloud technology is vital for this role as a Business Analyst – any AWS Connect understanding would be a bonus but not essential
- Agile experience is key
- Strong experience of writing and translating both business and functional specifications
- Extensive stakeholder management skills
