Agile Coach - Agile, Scrum, Lean, Transformation Change, Stakeholder Management, Permanent - Holborn
A renowned super market chain has a requirement of an Agile Coach to join them on a permanent basis from their Holborn office.
They are looking for the Agile coach to play a key role in coaching the businesses technology teams and transforming their ways of working. You will be focused on driving the understanding and application of Agile, Lean and DevOps principles, in order to facilitate delivery of sustained value.
You will be tasked with building out the businesses Agile capability and coaching various areas and teams whilst working closely with the Senior Engineering Manager.
To be successful in this role you must have the following:
- Strong experience in coaching large scale corporations into an Agile way of working.
- An understanding of how to make an effective targeted change in a large organisation.
- Prior experience in dealing with ambiguity and senior stakeholders.
- It is essential to have prior knowledge, articulation and scale to make effective change within this organisation.
