A Junior/Mid-level Angular UI Developer (preferably with some backend experience of C# .NET) is sought after a world leading Financial Services firm to join their Fixed Income Index business.
You will join a team of 3 responsible for a suite of applications that manages indices and data & analytics for Fixed Income, who are currently in the process of upgrading their UI, moving from a legacy Silverlight setup to Angular.
Once the initial Angular migration is completed, further work will be focussed on the building of new indexes, as well as helping move to the cloud (with the organisation currently undergoing a business-wide migration to AWS).
Key Skills Required
- 2-4 years’ UI engineering experience, using JavaScript/Typescript and Angular
- Any backend experience in C# .NET would be highly beneficial
- Experience of multithreaded development is advantageous
- An Agile mindset, following TDD and utilising DevOps
- Prior experience in the delivery of customer facing web tools is desirable
- A background in Financial Services is ideal, but not a non-starter
