Our client is a well-established Specialty Insurance provider who are looking to bring on an Application Support Analyst based in Manchester to support the day to day operations and their main policy administration system as well as undertaking supporting various underwriting applications.
Main Responsibilities:
- Work on Incident, Problem and Service request tickets solutions.
- Perform basic operations related to system administration of the application.
- Extensive engagement with vendors and internal teams to ensure effective and efficient application support.
- Execute routine system jobs and processes on systems to support their BAU operations of their IT systems.
- Experience of supported underwriting software system, such as Subscribe, Guidewire, Genius or Eclipse would be highly crucial for this role.
- Solid understanding of Lloyds market insurance business processes and platforms such as Xchanging will be necessary.
- You will need to a good understanding of the Lloyds market premiums and claims messages (USM and SCM)
- Demonstrable knowledge of a policy life cycle claims processing and outwards RI process is essential.
- Good technical experience of TSQL to perform data query and extraction.
