Our client, a leading for-profit real estate firm based in the City of London, are looking for an Application Support Analyst to join them on a permanent basis. You will be joining their IT department playing a key role in a range of strategic initiatives across the business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support, administration, and configuration of key business applications (ERP, Document Management, CRM, Customer Portal, etc.) for business critical objectives as well as contribute to the ongoing Business as Usual and Roadmap Change programs. You will be joining a fast-paced environment supporting the business across a range of key projects.
Key Skills:
- 1-5 years working within Application Support or a similar capacity
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is essential
- Proven experience of working within a fast-paced environment is highly desirable
- Knowledge of SQL and MS SQL server management
- Experience working with Microsoft SharePoint is beneficial
- ERP support experience is beneficial
