My client, a leading Financial Services Technology firm based in London are hiring an Application Support Analyst to join them on a permanent basis in an ever-expanding arm of the business with a specific focus of their Murex application (Murex is not a must have for this role but would be highly beneficial),
You will be taking ownership of issues related to the application both technical and business related for both production and project environment. As well as overall BAU and project support of what is a critical element of the London financial infrastructure. Therefore, the ideal candidate will have strong Application Support experience ideally within Capital Markets, experience on both project work and BAU and finally strong SQL and scripting exposure. Some exposure to Cloud ideally AWS would be highly beneficial too!
Key skills include:
- Multiple years’ of experience as an Application Support Analyst within Investment Banking
- Strong scripting skills (UNIX, Python etc)
- Very good with SQL
- Exposure to AWS Cloud would be highly beneficial
- Experience of the Murex (3.1) application would be great but not a must have
- DevOps tools exposure such as Jenkins/Ansible/Terraforms
- Strong communication style both verbally and written
