Our client, a global investment management firm are seeking an AWS Cloud Engineer to join them on an initial 6-month contract. The role involves the implementation of a new AWS serverless based application for end-users and working alongside existing scrum teams. The role will also involve supporting the development teams and training of team members in AWS.

The chosen candidate will have more than 3 years’ experience working with AWS in a DevOps capacity and have core AWS knowledge.
The candidate will ideally have previous experience working with scrum and Kanban methodologies, as well as being a competent user of Jira and Confluence. Strong Docker experience is desired.

A strong knowledge of Terraform is mandatory.

This role provides an exciting opportunity for an experienced AWS Cloud Engineer to further develop their knowledge of the Financial Services industry and hands-on experience with industry leading technology.
