An International Financial Institution based in London are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join their expanding design and transformation team, supporting their large-scale digital transformation program.
You will be tasked with leading multiple change projects with the purpose of designing and implementing solutions and innovative processes. You will also be engaging with key stakeholders, documenting business requirements as part of the operating model (which will include process, data and technology design).
Key requirements:
- Multiple years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst within Financial Services
- Experience leading multiple digital transformation initiatives
- Previous experience formulating operating models, is essential
- Programme/project management and change management experience; (eg. Prince 2, Lean/Six Sigma, SCRUM certification) would be desirable
- Strong senior stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in an Agile methodology
