Our client is seeking an experienced CRM BA to join their technology team on a permanent basis. The initial project concerns the roll-out of Microsoft Dynamics 365 as the organisations primary Client Relationship Management system replacing several legacy offerings and linking this into MS Azure.
The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering user end user requirements, building out technical specifications and conducting User Acceptance Testing.
Required experience:
- Experience as a Business Analyst on both green and brownfield Dynamics CRM 365 implementations.
- Experience gathering end user requirements and translating these into technical specifications.
- Experience working within both agile and waterfall methodology
- Ability to liaise with technical team members (A background in engineering/development would be highly beneficial).
