A well-established Specialty Insurer is looking to bring on a Business Analyst to assist them in the review of their systems, workflow models and all procedures which support to the company's business processes. This is a crucial project that will ensure the longevity an success of the business.
The key initial project will be supporting the end to end design and delivery of their Target Operating Model for the business' claims function. You will be closely working with multiple functions, translating business requirements across the organisation.
You would also be required to:
- Liaise with technical teams and business functions, gathering requirements and interpreting into system solutions.
- Design data processing flows and operating models
- Monitor efficiency and team productivity
- 6+ years as a Business Analyst within the Lloyd's Market
- Experience in facilitating workshops with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong and effective communication and people skills
