A well respected and highly successful Insurance firm in the London Market are searching for a Technical Business Analyst to join their London Market technology services team. You’ll be delivering effective and secure technology solutions and services to support the day-to-day functioning of their UK business lines.
Within this role, you’ll be helping their Head of London Market Technology Services to shape and plan strategic core initiatives, whilst managing and monitoring the other Group IT core functions which support the Managing Agency and Syndicate business.
Some Key Responsibilities
- Working with their technology, data and change key business stakeholders to develop and discuss problem statements and capture requirements as necessary.
- Act as a point of escalation for day-to-day issues and help to manage them with the technology and change suppliers.
- Oversee the monthly KPI reporting cycle review to assist the key services to the Syndicate.
- Ability to work with stakeholders to tease out, understand and document problem statements and requirements.
- Ability to apply a solid working knowledge of Lloyd’s Market processes and a solid understanding of the technology which underpins them.
- Solid ableness to apply a good overall understanding of the operations functions and wider core business activities of the Managing Agent.
