An ERP Business Analyst is required to join the Finance technology department for a leading financial services firm, based in Surrey, for an initial 12-month contract.
The client is currently implementing an Oracle Cloud ERP solution. The next phase involves the integration of the new Oracle Cloud General Ledger module with its existing settlement ledger accounting and bank reconciliation systems. This role is to support the Record to Report (R2R) workstream covering financial control & reporting.
You’ll have experience working on ERP systems and ideally have an accounting background.
- A business analyst with extensive, demonstrable experience of working in financial services back office involving ERP General Ledger systems (such as Oracle Cloud or Oracle E-business suite), settlement ledgers accounting supporting fund management (such as Sonata system) and bank reconciliation systems (such as Autorek system)
- Good understanding of financial services (ideally fund management) financial accounting, control and reconciliation processes
- Experience of integration between back-office systems including analysis, documenting specifications and implementation activities (e.g., assisting testing)
