Our client, a leading asset manager, are looking for a Business Analyst with a Scrum Master skill set to join their team and work on a variety of projects relating to Financial Crime and compliance
The role is initially 6 month contract paying up to £600/day.
The chosen candidate will be assisting the team to provide technical solutions for projects around financial crime, risk, and compliance. Liaising with the various business stakeholders defining and gathering requirements for projects, also liaising with the technical teams when needed.
They will also take ownership Scrum master responsibilities, ensuring Agile frameworks and best practices are met on the projects. Taking ownership of weekly scrum ceremonies, looking to resolve any issues the team may be facing.
The ideal candidate will come from a financial background and have strong experience working on technical financial crime projects, liaising with high level stakeholders employing Agile best practices.
Key skills:
- 7+ years Business Analyst experience
- 2/3+ years Scrum management experience
- Financial Crime and Risk & Compliance experience
