Business Architecture Process Analyst – Process Mapping, Process Improvement, Insurance, Underwriting, Lloyds Market, Agile
 
A world-renowned Lloyds Market Insurer is looking for a Business Architecture Process Analyst to join them on a project in London for an initial 6 months.
 
Within this role, you will be responsible for delivery of process innovation and strategic initiatives across the UK and Europe for the continuous improvement of certain teams across the business. This role specifically focusses on both their underwriting and underwriting operations teams to improve efficiency throughout them.
 
They are looking for an engaging candidate who can communicate throughout the business at all levels and converse with multiple stakeholders up to C Suite level.
 
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skillset.
  • It is essential to have experience in the Insurance sector, specifically working with Underwriting teams and delivering a process improvement project in that space.
  • Experience of working as a Process Analyst with working knowledge of Process Maps and Process Models.
  • Knowledge of Lean, Continuous Improvement or Six Sigma is a huge benefit.
  • Lloyds Market experience would be beneficial but not essential.
