My Client, a leading global Bank, is seeking an experienced Cloud Solutions Architect to join their Northampton based office on a permanent basis.
You will be joining the Contact Centre team, looking after the end to end delivery of technology across the entire Contact Centre estate, with a specific focus on architecting and delivering the core voice platforms, speech analytics, IVR applications and other customer interaction channels within an AWS environment. You will be responsible for the solution architecture and design in this space, setting the ongoing roadmap for various technologies and ensuring consistent solution delivery for the contact centre as part of one of the biggest Amazon Connect programmes globally.
To be successful in this role you will need;
- Proven Solution Architecture experience
- Proven AWS / Cloud experience (Ideally Amazon Connect)
- Contact Centre Architecture and technology experience would be beneficial
- Software / Application / API / Infrastructure architecture experience
- Exposure to SOA design principles would be beneficial
- Excellent Communication skills
