My client, a boutique bank, are seeking for an Application Support Engineer to join support team. You will be providing technical support for their Finance and Operations Dynamics 365 system.
You will be responsible for the day to day running of their Dynamics 365 platform, covering installations, configurations and troubleshooting. You will also be required to write up vulnerability reports with the team and document changes as needed. As well as overall BAU and project support, working with senior stakeholders on future improvements to the platforms. Providing expert advice on enhancements to the platform and training users on how to use new features and releases.
Key skills:
- 2-4 years’ experience as an Application Support Engineer within a large scale organisation
- Strong experience in Dynamics 365 experience, specifically within Finance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good relationship building skills partnered with good stakeholder management experience
