My client, a leading global media organisation are seeking a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to join their team. You will be responsible for providing end user training throughout workshops along with supporting both implementation, configuration, and testing. With the implementation of the Dynamics 365 solution, you will play a key role in setting up the Customer Engagement module, contributing to the success of the organisation.

Key Skills:

• In depth Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement product knowledge of the sales and marketing modules. Any experience of project operations, subscriptions or F&O will be a significant advantage.
• Understand the broader Microsoft stack and how to use this to create specific solutions and workflows.
• Proven experience with Dynamics 365 CRM/Customer Engagement gained in multiple full lifecycle delivery projects.
• Proven end user training and support experience with Dynamics 365 CE.
• Possess sound consulting skills with an implementation partner.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and utilize best practices to identify ideal solutions for implementing business requirements in Dynamics 365 CE.
• Strong business analysis & requirements gathering skills with demonstrable experience.
