Test Manager with experience in Microsoft Dynamics D365 Finance & Operations and finance business processes required to provide technical test management expertise across implementation projects within a global media organisation. The Test Manager will be responsible for a team of testers both onshore and offshore throughout the deployment cycles, as well as deputising for the Global Test Lead when required. The ideal candidate will have excellent stakeholder and project/test management skills coupled with significant functional experience of Microsoft Dynamics D365.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end cycle from design, development, testing and deployment
- Manage onshore and offshore testing resource
- Coordinate market deployment testing estimation for system, UAT, E2E and release workloads
- Liaise with global markets to understand their functional design and test scenarios
Required skills:
- Test Management experience
- Microsoft Dynamics D365 functional experience
- ISEB/ISTQB qualified
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Working knowledge of waterfall and agile methodologies
- D365 Fundamental certification is desirable but not essential
