Data Analyst - Recent Graduate – Private Equity
London/4 days in the office per week
A Private Equity firm are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join their Retail Investor Relations team. This is a unique opportunity to work on a range of data-related projects, driving data quality, and process automation across the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and ensure the quality of data across four key systems, addressing any issues that arise by liaising with third-party providers.
- Work on automating and digitizing manual tasks such as large-scale reporting and administrative projects.
- Act as the main point of contact for system-related issues and queries.
- Provide high-quality data exports and support for data imports as required by the Client Onboarding and Finance teams.
- Help improve processes and increase automation across systems.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across various levels.
- Experience in data control, manipulation, and data reporting.
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, R, or VB is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Excel, data management systems, and governance principles.
- Exposure to eFront, Salesforce, or similar systems is preferred but not essential.
