Our client, an investment manager firm based in the Central London, are seeking Data Analyst to join their Data function.
This role is paying between £50,000 to £65,000 depending on experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and ensuring the accuracy of various data feeds and carrying out daily data validations as well as testing new systems, products during design and working on the implementation and upgrade phases.
The ideal candidate will have up to 5 years’ experience in a data environment working on setting up and supporting bespoke data requirements, investigating workflow issues and doing gap analysis of the data against the target operating model. An ability to interrogate, cleanse and problem shoot data sets in order to solve the issues is also essential.
Skills required:
- Up to 5 years’ data experience in Asset Management or vendor
- Data Quality experience
- Experienced having worked with large data sets and being able to carry out data cleaning and interrogation
- Advanced MS Excel knowledge and VBA for Excel and SQL would be desirable
