Data Product Analyst – Data & Analytics, Products, Trade Data, Financial Data, Asset Classes Financial Services – London/ Hybrid – Contract – Paying up to £750 p.d. Inside IR35
My client a leading Financial Services organisation based in London are seeking an experienced Data Product Analyst to join them on an initial 6-month basis in their London office.
You will be responsible for the identification of trends/ patterns/ insights of data in order to leverage this to develop products. When conducting data analysis, you will need to challenge the data quality. This will require experience with VBA, SQL/ Snowflake, Python and Excel. Furthermore, you will be working with financial products so you must have financial market knowledge e.g., Repos/ Equities/ CDS/ IRS. In addition, you will build proof of concepts reviewed by stakeholders internally and externally so great stakeholder management skills are a must.
Ideal skillset:
Previous experience in a Data Product Analyst role within a Financial Services organisation
Excellent data querying skills using, VBA, SQL/ Snowflake, Python and Excel
Proven experience working with data visualisation tools such as Tableau or PowerBi
Financial market knowledge, e.g. Repos/ Equities/ CDS/ IRS
Great stakeholder management skills with an ability to communicate to all levels
Proven experience envisaging new data products
