A global Investment Manager is looking for a Desktop and Service Analyst to support and continuously improve IT services throughout the organisation. They are looking for someone who has good interpersonal skills coupled with an IT support background in Microsoft Office and the ability to liaise with third parties.
 
You will oversee the service desk and desktop support, co-ordinate external service resources as well as document and maintain the business’ IT system. Moreover, you will also complete pro-active checks on technical support, technical services, video conferencing, and technical training, joining a small IT team that a set to grow as they begin their digital transformation.
 
We are really looking for someone who is keen to develop and progress quickly with the opportunity to progress through the ranks in a matter of months to years. You must be enthusiastic and have the ability to converse with everyone up to C-suite.


To be successful in this role, you should display the following traits:
  • 1 or more years working in technical support role and/or experience as an IT apprentice
  • Experience managing and improving IT support and services
Traits that would be beneficial:
  • ITIL qualification
  • Experience within Financial sector/Asset management (desired)
  • Any other IT Operational or Technical Management skills
