*This is an initial 3-month contract paying up to £190pd via an Umbrella company*
Our client, a leading financial services firm based in Edinburgh, are seeking a Deskside Support Analyst to join their central team on an initial 3-month contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity to support a wide range of users both in-person and remotely across the whole Microsoft 365 suite of applications including Teams, OneDrive and Intune.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable supporting Windows users across first- and second-line queries. Experience working within financial services and supporting C-Level stakeholders would also be highly beneficial.
Experience required:
- Minimum 2-3 years 1st/2nd line support experience ideally within a top tier financial services firm.
- In depth M365 support knowledge, including Teams, OneDrive & InTune.
- Experience working with remote administration tools would be preferable.
- Any exposure to SCCM, Active Directory or ServiceNow would all be highly desirable.
