Our client, a leading investment management firm based in the city, are seeking a Deskside Support Analyst to join their central support team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide variety of support initiatives both remotely and in person supporting senior stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in dealing with first and second line support queries both in person and remotely. They will also have a strong knowledge of Microsoft and Office 365 applications and be comfortable working within a face paced environment.
Experience required:
- Over 2 years’ experience in Technical Support across 1st and 2nd line
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Office365
- Experience with Citrix and Virtual Desktops would be advantageous
- Any experience with Voice, Networks or WAN/LAN architecture would be beneficial
