A large global multi-media organisation based in London are looking for a Development Manager / Technology Lead/Director to take responsibility for their MS Dynamics 365 Engineering. This position will be responsible for taking a hands-on approach to the management of the technical team responsible for development, testing and support of MS D365. The team is globally located with the majority based in London – although this position can be based out of London or Manchester with a very flexible working pattern. Limited international travel may be required.
One of the key programmes of work will be to re-align the tech functions (configuration, testing, integration, support) to drive their DevOps agenda and promote an Agile way of working. Hands on DevOps and experience implementing this way of working is essential. The key tech stack is MS Dynamics 365 and Biztalk with supporting technologies.
Experience Required:
- Experience working with MS Dynamics and Biztalk
- Management experience, ideally of a globally distributed engineering team that includes testing and support
- Hands on experience with DevOps, ideally having worked on a transformation programming implementing DevOps practices, gaining team buy in etc.
- Experience working with Solution and Enterprise Architects to assist in design
