Digital Product Success Analyst – AEM, CMS, Website, Data Analysis, Power BI, Training

Digital Product Success Analyst required to join a global media organisation on a contract basis, inside IR35. The Digital Product Success Analyst will work with the organisation to drive product value and ensure the digital web platform maximises value for all business units globally. This role will be the link between business units and product teams, both as ambassadors for the web platform, as well as championing a results driven approach to product development requests. The ideal candidate will have proven digital experience i.e. know how a website is built/how built websites, coupled with strong stakeholder management skills and any exposure to delivering training/data analytics being desirable. This position will be 6 months in the first instance with strong chance of extension.

Key responsibilities:
  • Business Unit Digital Stakeholder Management
    • Collaborate on training and support material for Business Units
    • Assist APAC BUs in understanding how they can achieve their product goals within the platforms
    • Ensure best practice is followed by BUs to maximise the value they get from platforms.
    • Act as SME on web Platforms
    • Monitor and improve the adoption of key digital capabilities to maximise value
  • Product Partnering
    • Be the voice of the BU digital teams, encourage best practice in bringing products to market
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners including Product Management, Support, Operations and BU regional teams
    • Deliver projects which support product development, commercial, legal or technical requirements outside the product teams
    • Assist with any required governance ensuring regional offices meet global compliance requirements
 
Required skills:
  • Experience delivering training outcomes for a global product
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in business English
  • Experience of supporting internal customers of iteratively built products
  • Stakeholder management with business stakeholders in globally distributed business units
  • Experience helping product teams plan for a scaled rollout of their features
  • Project Management, including risk management and status updates
  • Experience working with agile product development teams
  • Experience working with a multi-cultural organisation across time zone and country boundaries
  • CMS exposure (e.g. Adobe Experience Manager)
  • Ability to analyse requests for enhancements and ensure they are valuable
  • Data Analysis including PowerBI and Google Analytics
  • Experience of writing clear userguides and best practice guides for partners whose first language may not be English
