Our client is a data, insights, and consulting company specialising in market research and analytics is looking for an experienced Finance Systems Lead to join them on a permanent basis.
You will leverage your extensive knowledge of financial systems, to drive innovation and enhance financial processes. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to implement financial reporting solutions will be an essential part of the role. You will also be responsible for the planning and implementation of platforms updates to suit needs of the business, working collaboratively with the technical team.
Required Skills:
- A solid understanding of financial systems, including Deltek-Maconomy, SAP, Oracle, and related software.
- Demonstrated experience in successfully driving change, both in process and technology, within complex technical environments.
- You will be experienced in team management, both of technical and functional teams
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills, enabling you to build strong relationships internally and externally.
- The ability to think critically, analyse problems logically, and make well-informed decisions under tight deadlines.
