FIT Change Analyst – Business Readiness / Stakeholder Management / Process Change / Global Markets

Change Analyst required to join an agile and cross-functional team within a global marketing and advertising organisation on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Global Business Readiness lead, you will own the development and delivery of Business Readiness, Communications and Training activities and deliverables in the market in line with the defined Global Framework. The business is currently transforming and growing, and the global deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a key part of this. Engagement is a priority, and this role will be involved in understanding and building training to support various teams across global markets and deliver strategic Communications. You will also be required to manage and report on business readiness plans for market deployments and use escalation mechanisms when required. Beyond this, prior experience managing and delivering change on a large-scale ERP programme would be highly desirable.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Work with the global and market communication leads to develop and deliver strategic Communications to the market
  • Identify, raise and resolve risks to end user engagement, buy-in and solution adoption, keeping in mind the end-user experience
  • Collaborate closely with the global process team to capture change in detail, to assess what additional support local teams may require during the project as well as after deployment
  • Identify, raise and support suitable resolution to organisation, process and policy impacts, in close collaboration with central global process owners and local deployment team
  • Support the adaptation of training content to address key change impact scenarios
  • Manage and report on business readiness plans for the market deployment, and use the appropriate escalation mechanisms where required
  • Some travel may be required to the market to support and drive deployment activity once travel restrictions are lifted
Knowledge and Qualifications:
  • Experience managing and delivering end to end change on a transformation initiative, preferably in a finance function for an ERP programme
  • Demonstrable excellent engagement skills with senior stakeholders
  • Experience using, refining and enhancing change management methodologies
  • Experience identifying and resolving change-related issues and risks
  • Ability to quickly understand business context and operations
  • Familiarity with ERP finance modules and associated business processes
  • Excellent facilitation skills and communications skills
  • Demonstrates an operational aptitude with the ability to lead discussions, articulating the business value of the programme
  • Ability to execute plans and meet project objectives
  • A team player and inspires trust from his/her colleagues at senior and technical levels
  • Experience maintaining an enthusiastic and can-do attitude
