My client, a leading global financial services organisation, are seeking a Trading Platform Support specialist, to join their London based team on a contract basis.
You will be joining a global and dynamic FX Trading Support team, logging inquiries and tracking tickets through resolution in to their Salesforce CRM. You will be liaising with external clients across Sales, Relationship Management and internal stakeholders, resolving client issues in relation to trade execution, confirmation and STP based. This will further extend to you resolve technical issues by working alongside application support, network and development teams.
To be successful in this role you will need;
- Previous Trade Support experience within a top tier Financial Services organisation
- Strong FX/Options knowledge
- Ability to work in a high pressure environment
- Great communication skills
- Experience with Salesforce CRM would be beneficial but not needed
- Client facing interaction
