Our client, a leading investment Management organisation based in the City of London, is seeking an IT Governance & Risk Manager to join them on a permanent basis. This will be joining their Operations team working across key strategic projects across the business.
The successful candidate will be joining a highly visible team, and be responsible for providing critical support on technology, regulatory, risk and audit engagements across all technology domains within the business.
You will be responsible for actively contributing to the development and delivery of an effective Technology Governance & Risk function through liaising with senior stakeholders and control owners as well as leading the planning and running of external audit coordination activities.
Key Skills:
- Experience in Technology Risk, Technology Audit or related field
- Strong working knowledge of IT Governance frameworks and best practices.
- Experienced with financial reporting requirements (e.g., SSAE 16, ISAE 3402, AAF or SOX)
- Ability to present and articulate risks to senior stakeholders and control owners
- Knowledge of Agile change delivery methodologies
- Experience working in Financial Services or Investment Management is essential
