Our client, a leading Asset Manager based in London, are looking for a Head of Global IT Service Desk to join their team initially on a 12m FTC with the likelihood of moving to perm.
Paying circa £80,000 for the ideal candidate.
The candidate will be leading a global team of second line support staff who managed both 2st and 2nd line tickets, 5 based in London, 1 in Dublin, and 4 across NY, Hong Kong, and Zurich.
The ideal candidate must come from a technical background and be expected to challenge the team, and support hands on if needed. Strong Knowledge of Microsoft, Windows, Office 365, SCCM, and Intune are necessary
Key Skills:
- Strong hands on 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support experience
- Experience of leading and managing support teams
- Strong Knowledge of Microsoft, Windows, Office 365, SCCM, and Intune
