My client, a leading Financial Services organisation, are seeking a Head of Operational Resilience to join their London based office, initially contracted until the end of the year.
You will be driving the Group wide Operational Resilience, ensuring it aligns with the groups strategic objectives and regulatory expectations, as well as providing strategic thinking and solution to react to the changes happening within the Group.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience as a 'Head of' within Financial Services, partnered with proven experience embedding operational frameworks.
To be successful you will need;
- Proven 'Head Of' experience in the Financial Services industry
- Previous experience in a similar Operational Resilience and/ or Business Continuity role
- Confident with building and driving a team of Subject Matter Experts
- A strong analytical and data-driven mindset would be beneficial
- The ability to establish and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
