My client, a dynamic and fast-paced global Financial Technology business, who are at a critical period in their expansion and transformation journey, are actively seeking a HR Associate to join the team on a remote contract basis, initially running until the end of June.
The successful candidate will work as part of a team who focus predominantly on onboarding and offboarding activity (which is expected to increase in volume over the first 2 quarters of the year).
This person will take responsibility of tasks including background screening, health management checks and right to work checks, in addition to drafting documents and calculations relating to redundancy activity, and will work closely with HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers on broader employee life cycle activities.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- At least 18 months of HR experience
- Financial Services experience (or similar industry) is highly desirable
- Demonstrable experience with onboarding and offboarding activity
- Excellent written and communication skills
- CIPD level 5 and above is preferred
