Our mid-sized infrastructure client is looking for an Information Security Manager to join the business and effectively lead their information and cybersecurity strategy, ensuring protection across all systems.
Key responsibilities
- Design and lead the Information Security strategy and governance framework, ensuring integration into project management, product development and delivery.
- Management of cross-functional teams within the business, including the onboarding and training of new Information Security staff.
- Deliver the supplier management programme, implementing processes to ensure supply chain security.
- Conduct audits and risk assessments to mitigate security gaps, serving as the point of contact for regulatory and authority affairs where necessary.
- Plan and execute a comprehensive penetration testing strategy.
Skills
- Previous success in Information and Cyber Security leadership.
- Proven knowledge and management of compliance standards such as ISO, SOC, Cyber Essentials etc.
- Excellent communication and reporting capabilities.
- Strong audit and risk management skills, particularly in M&A contexts desired.
- Expertise in regulatory requirements and data protection standards.
