My client, a leading Financial Services organisation is seeking an IR35 Specialist PMO to join their London based office on a 6 month contract basis.
You will be providing IR35 solutions to support and clear the backlog of problems and activities they have in this space as part of a procurement strategy team, including a data cleanse for IR35. You will be creating and presenting solutions to the issues raised to IR35 Stakeholders, as well as owning and creating collateral documentation to IR35 policy, processes and guidance. Completing open matters and reporting correctly on this. Further t this you will be supporting the Change Management team with reporting, identifying improvements, delivering change and ensuring all risks are assessed and resolved.
To be successful in this role you will need;
- Proven PMO experience in a top tier Financial Services organisation
- Excellent understanding of IR35 regulation
- Experience in procurement
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
