My client, a leading Financial Services organisation is seeking an IR35 Specialist to join their London based office on a contract basis.
You will be running the IR35 mailbox to support processes and manage queries and escalations from category managers and the business, as well as assess and manage the IR35 data and remediate issues. You will also be taking charge of the scoping, designing and producing update materials for the new processes and you will be creating and presenting solutions to the issues raised to IR35 Stakeholders, as well as owning and creating collateral documentation to IR35 policy, processes and guidance. Further t this you will be supporting the Change Management team with reporting, identifying improvements, delivering change and ensuring all risks are assessed and resolved.
To be successful in this role you will need;
- Proven experience in a similar role for a large scale organisation
- Excellent understanding of IR35 regulation
- Experience in procurement
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Transformation / Change experience
