IT Applications Support – ITIL, Applications, Technology, Risk– Financial Services  
 
My client, a leading Private and Commercial Bank, is seeking an Applications Support Specialist to join their London based team on a permanent basis.  
 
You will be joining the Digital Channels team to support with the optimisation and enhancement of the bank’s Digital Channels. Additionally, you will be assisting the business to increase operational efficiency and reduce operational risks. 

 
To be successful in this role you will need:
·         Multiple years of experience in a similar role (Application/Systems Support Specialist) 
·         Proven experience providing technical advice for applications support
·         Experience working across the Business and Technical teams.
·         Experience working with technology leads to drive development and transformation
·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills
