Technical Support Manager – Troubleshooting / Data Flows / Applications / ITSM – Contract - 6 Months - Up to £650 p.d Inside IR35
A global media organisation is seeking a Technical Support Manager to join their London based office on an initial 6-month contract. In this role, you will be joining an exciting area of the business with accountability for the technical support of digital technologies within the Global Technology Operations team.
Working closely with the Head of Applications, you will be overseeing technical support teams providing leadership, managing ticket and providing overall guidance to the technical support teams. You will also act as an escalation point for complex troubleshooting and resolving any application issues. This position will include, liaising with stakeholders across the business translating functional and non-functional requirements.
To be a success in this role, you will need to have strong problem-solving experience involving leading teams in identifying, researching, and coordinating the resources necessary to effectively troubleshoot complex project issues.
Key Skills:
Technical:
Understanding of Data Flows & Reporting
Proven knowledge of ITSM tools & processes, Integrations, Project Management Tools
Proven ability to manage an array of Application Technologies (Cloud/SaaS/On-Prem/Legacy
Support:
Experience performing complex and escalated troubleshooting and problem resolution
Ability to carry out a root cause analysis & remediation
Technical writing documentation/SOP development knowledge
Experience with answering internal or external users’ inquiries regarding Applications to resolve complex problems
Ability to perform complex troubleshooting for Application
