Our client, a global leader in insurance, risk management, and consulting services is looking for a Lead Architect to join their dynamic team in London.

The role will be centred around new technology capabilities for the business. The main focus for the next three years will be on their digital online journey and the improvement of the customer experience at the front end through using APIs and integration layers to connect to PAS systems in the middle layer.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide thought leadership and drive business value through technology solutions.
  • Assist business customers in adopting new third-party technology solutions.
  • Govern IT investment across the Business and Systems change portfolio.
  • Endorse re-use of existing solutions, use of standards, and alignment with policy to reduce technical design debt.
  • Advise on opportunities to exploit technology solutions and partner with business leaders for successful transitions.
Qualifications
  • TOGAF or equivalent accredited with business analysis/architecture exposure.
  • Strategy and Roadmap production, Analysis and Design capabilities.
  • 5 - 10 years in the Insurance industry (with Lloyd’s of London experience) with an application and data background.
  • 3 - 5 years in a Solution Architecture position or equivalent.
