My client, a leading Financial Services organisation have a key permanent requirement for a Lead Business Analyst to join their team.
The lead Business Analyst will be working closely with the product and technical teams, to support the delivery of programmes and accelerate projects from a business analysis perspective.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a similar environment, partnered with the ability to create high level designs and elaborate stories to help with what is needed to be delivered.
Key requirements needed for this role:
- Multiple years' experience as a Lead/ Senior Business Analyst preferably within Financial Services
- The ability to create detailed high level designs and stories
- Proven experience supporting software requirements and or SaaS product integrations would be beneficial
- Confident with translating and writing requirements to technical/ non-technical stakeholders
- The ability to manage and support junior members of staff
- Extensive stakeholder management skills
