Our client, a leading Investment Management organisation, is looking to recruit a Market Data Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis.
This person will act as a custodian of data, by managing the workflow throughout the data lifecycle - from acquisition, to delivery, administration, and monitoring usage compliance. They will also be responsible for overseeing and managing market data vendor relationships and commercials.
The successful candidate will have a good understanding of investment management data and applications.
Key Skills and Experience
- Proven knowledge of Market Data – such as Bloomberg, FTSE, MSCI
- Experience in market data inventory software – such as MDSL, FITS
- Experience of market data vendor contracts and negotiation with data suppliers
- Good organisational skills and ability to work well under pressure and stringent timelines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
